If a product arrives defective or damaged, the customer must notify TAPV, Inc. within 7 days of delivery. The customer may be required to provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, TAPV, Inc. will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the defective or damaged item at no additional cost to the customer.

To initiate a return, customers must first complete a Return Request Form available on our website. Upon submission of the form, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided via email. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. TAPV, Inc. does not provide prepaid return labels, and shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are returned in a condition that indicates use, wear, alteration, or washing will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. TAPV, Inc. is not responsible for any damage that occurs to returned items due to improper packaging, and such items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected by TAPV, Inc., we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the return. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
